St. Joseph’s Regional Healthcare System, Seton Building Nursing Unit UpgradeCategory: Interior Design
St. Joseph’s Healthcare System is nearing completion of a $250 M expansion/renovation project. Sterling Barnett Little has been a fixture on the hospital campus since 2007, and has since completed more than 10 projects on the campus, with 4 active now.
In 2011, Sterling Barnett Little was awarded the contract for multi-phased nursing unit upgrades. The projects involved renovations of existing nursing units in this phase I renovation to include Seton 6, Wayne 5 (West), and Regan 5 nursing units with an approximate total floor renovation area of 40,621 SF. Modification will include demolition of existing walls to accommodate the new layout. New finishes and minor modifications will be made to the existing MEP infrastructure as necessary to support the functional requirements of the unit.
