SBL Architecture welcomes our Summer Intern, Joe Bondi

We are excited to welcome Joe Bondi, a summer intern, to the SBL family. Over the years, SBL Architecture has garnered much success from the interns we accept; a couple of interns have even joined us as full-time employees after graduation.

Currently, Joe is a graduate student at Texas Tech University and is on track to earn his Master of Architecture degree next year. He is inspired and fascinated by both the creative and technical aspects of design—a theme that crosses over into another passion: youtube. Joe is one of the creators of a youtube channel called Build Break Repeat that features him fabricating and experimenting with different items to build them bigger and better. There is a definite parallel between architectural design and his youtube channel: both require him to question how to improve things constantly.

We believe he will bring a fresh perspective to our practice, assist in the production of design documents, and return to school with real-world experience.
