Sterling Barnett Little is proud to announce the promotion of Jordan Pennington and David Anderson to Associate.

Expanding the firm’s next generation of leadership, these two staff members were recognized for their commitment to design excellence, dedication to client service, and mentorship.  They have consistently distinguished themselves for key contributions to their projects as well as the success of the firm.

When Jordan Pennington joined the team at Sterling Barnett Little, he had already spent almost a decade designing spaces for senior living and corporate clients.  Since then, Jordan has added to his portfolio leading many projects for some of Sterling Barnett Little’s largest clients.  His strengths lie in his ability to connect with people one-on-one, and for his willingness to step back and ask simple questions that often lead to project breakthroughs.  Client relationships are significant to Jordan.  He recognizes the value in his clients’ input and fosters strong professional relationships by relating to his clients what to expect in the design process.  Around the office, he is an engaged member of the team and a respected designer.

David Anderson began working with Sterling Barnett Little as an intern in 2007.  His time at Sterling Barnett Little has afforded him a wide range of project experience from working with our healthcare clients to working with major league baseball clients.  Through working on a wide range of projects, he has developed a deep appreciation for the details that makes the design work – he has learned to value the technical aspects of architecture.  His ability to think creatively about the way things come together is what truly makes him an asset to Sterling Barnett Little and to the design team he works alongside.

We are proud to recognize Jordan Pennington and David Anderson as they assume more responsibility in their roles as leaders at Sterling Barnett Little.
