A Message from SBL Architecture about COVID-19

17 Mar 2020, Posted by Jaime Pacilio in Uncategorized

The health and safety of our team and our community is our top priority, and SBL is committed to protecting the well-being of all those we come in contact with — our families, our employees, our clients, and vendors, while continuing to provide the highest level of service.

What this means for our clients and colleagues:

  • Our office remains open and operational. All our design professionals have the ability to work remotely without interruption.  Our staff has been directed to avoid face to face meetings if at all possible.
  • Our service and commitment to your projects will continue as planned, with meetings conducted in compliance with CDC guidelines. To the extent possible we will minimize person to person contact and unnecessary travel by relying heavily, if not exclusively, on the use of online collaborative platforms, such as Zoom, Skype for Business, Webex, and GoTo Meeting.
  • As we endeavor to help each other work through this unique situation, we are listening to our clients for better, or preferred, ways of communicating and collaborating to support creative problem solving and timely project delivery.

We know many of you are directly involved in addressing this great challenge for our community, and we are enormously grateful for the dedication.  Each of you is essential to the health of our community — and never more so than in this intense and difficult time.  We want to assure you that SBL is taking necessary measures to stay healthy, positive, and supportive of all those we work with and will continue to provide the highest level of service.  We are confident we are making choices consistent with the guidelines set at your facilities.

Stay safe.  Be well.  Take care of each other.
