About
The proposed Medical Office Building addition to USMD Hospital at Fort Worth will consist of a 2 story, 40,000 SF building with corresponding surface parking and drop off drive canopy at the main MOB entrance. The MOB will be designed as a building addition to the hospital connected at two locations near the front and rear of the MOB for visitor and staff access, respectively. The MOB addition will create an exterior courtyard between the MOB and the hospital to allow for daylighting in the MOB. The Hospital tenants will occupy the entire 2nd floor of the building with the 1st floor being leased out to various physicians’ groups. The Medical Office Building is currently being designed to be LEED Silver certified and is being produced in the BIM modeling systems.
