Sterling Barnett Little, Inc. is providing architectural services required to complete the design, production of construction documents and construction administration services required to complete the Shiprock Hotel project.
The project will be located on an approximate 10 acre site. The hotel & convention center will consist of a 98 room, 4 story guest wing and central lobby space with registration, with gift shop and typical support spaces (59,858 SF), restaurant / kitchen (4,006 SF), pool area (1,990 SF), and convention / meeting space totaling 10,674 SF designed with the Best Western (or equal) guidelines and standards.
