Designed for, but never built, McKamy Creek Medical Center sits on 8.5 acres of land. The project was designed to encompass the development of a hospital, medical office building and hotel. The Basic program assumptions were:

Hospital:

▪ Four (4) Operating Rooms
▪ Fourteen (14) Pre/Post OR Beds
▪ Ten (10) Patient Suites
▪ Dietary Services
▪ Additional ancillary support areas as required

Medical Office Building:
▪ 45,000 Gross Square Feet
▪ Outpatient Imaging Center
▪ Urgent Care Clinic
▪ Physician Offices
▪ Sleep Lab
▪ Diagnostic Lab

Hotel:
▪ 40,000 Gross Square Feet
▪ “Holiday Inn Select” concept
▪ No Dining or Bar Facilities
▪ Three (3) to Four (4) Stories
